How do I know the right New ERA Fitted Baseball Cap and Hat size?
We've got you all sized up! Check out our options for finding the best sized hat for your head which helps you find both 1/8 sizing and your best bet for S, M, L, and XL.
Use the below chart to convert inches to hat sizes, both True Fit (1/8 hat size) and Easy Fit (S, M, L, and XL).
Got a tape measure handy?
Step 1: Measure your head with a tape measure (provided by, yes, you've got it, YOU!), fitting it comfortably about one inch above your ears.
Step 2: Take note of your size - write it down if you must!
Step 3: Got to Size it Up to read the handy chart that converts inches to hat sizes, both True Fit (1/8 hat size)
and Easy Fit (S, M, L, and XL).

Order number
An order number will be sent to you via email when you
place and order for an item.
If you order more than one item, please include one of the order numbers and
your name in
your payment.

We mainly ship by Fastway Couriers , Track and Trace.
Price is for shipping anywhere in New Zealand
We Do
Ship World Wide please ask for a price to your country.

KeyRings/patches/stickers - $2
We will not be held responsible for items lost in
transit, by using the Tracking number we provide you with you will be able to
follow up with Fastway Couriers.
We have never had an item go missing in transit.
Refunds
We DO NOT offer refunds
for unwanted or wrong sized clothing, Please be careful when you
order that you select the correct size.
We will however provide a refund if an item appears to be faulty. This refund will not include shipping costs.
If you would like a new item of the same or similar then no
shipping charges will apply to the new item(s).
